Include Member Name & Book number on check/money order. For your protection - Never include your Social Security Number
To pay in person or by Credit/Debit Card, the Novi office accepts dues payments M-F from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
The Novi Office has an outdoor Collection Box in which you may pay dues by check or money order after business hours and on weekends & holidays. Please note - NO CASH ACCEPTED in this collection box! The outdoor collection box is located at the Novi main lobby door
Dues are not accepted at any other Michigan sub-office
We are NOT able to accept Check by phone payments
Credit Union Members may opt for quarterly dues payment with a written (form) authorization – Call the Credit Union (Diversified Members) for details: 248-344-2560
Dues payments are due on the first day of the month to avoid being late. You may not be more than 30 days in arrears & be eligible to work. If death occurs your dues must be paid to the current month to be eligible for death benefits, no exceptions
Membership is Suspended after 6 continuous months of non-payment. The standard reinstatement fee is $ 800.00 plus one month dues. The suspended member must then apply to appear before the Executive Board. Call the office for details & appointment
